Common questions

My generation is taking too long or seems stuck

A generation usually takes 10–30 seconds. If it's stuck, check your internet connection and try again. If a credit was charged but you got no image, email us — we'll look into it and refund if needed.

A credit was charged but I'm not happy with the result

Each generation uses 1 credit. If a generation fails on our side, the credit is automatically refunded. If the image came out but isn't quite right, use Improve to refine it with a text prompt instead of starting over.

My purchase or subscription didn't activate

Purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play. If your credits or plan didn't update, try Restore purchases in the app, then reopen it. If it still doesn't show, email us with your store receipt and we'll sort it out.

How do I get better results?

Start with a clear, well-lit photo of a single product on a simple background. Avoid blur, heavy shadows, and clutter. The cleaner the input, the better the output.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app (Profile → Delete account) or by email. See our account deletion page for the full process and the 7-day grace period.
